Processing time

Our current processing time is 3-4 weeks. This does not include shipping, which typically takes 2-4 days.

Custom Orders

If you want to place a custom order please e-mail orders@rusticeve.com and let me know what you have in mind. Please provide as much detail as possible so I can create something personal just for you! You’ll hear back from me within 48 hours with a price and current processing time. Then we’ll create a custom listing for your item. The processing time will NOT begin until the item has been paid for.*

**Payment is required before the design process begins. 

**Please proofread your mockups closely, because that will be exactly how your sign is made. We are NOT responsible for any oversights on your end when approving your mockup. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. We have SOLE OWNERSHIP of any and all designs we create, including custom designs. 
  2. We reserve the right to SHARE any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets. 
  3. We reserve the right to SELL any and all designs we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped via 2-4 day USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking. 

Pick Up

If you’re local to Fair Haven, NJ and want to pick up your order, please add it to the Special Notes to Seller on the checkout page. Shipping costs will be refunded, and we will send you an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of the sign, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours from your purchase for a refund. After 48 hours, a store credit will be issued.

What if my sign is damaged during shipping?

I do my best to protect your package during shipping. If there’s an issue when it arrives, please contact me within 48 hours and include photos of the damage.**

**We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered mail due to an incorrect address; however, we will do our best to work with you to locate your package.

Personal Information

I will only use your shipping, billing address, and contact information for the following:

  • To communicate with you about your order

  • To fulfill your order

  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
